Advice and Recommendations

Hairline Divine may provide advice and recommendations regarding hair care, products, extensions, maintenance, and styling techniques. Please note that these suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and are based on professional expertise and experience. It is ultimately the client's responsibility to follow or disregard this advice at their discretion. Hairline Divine is not liable for any consequences resulting from the implementation or disregard of the advice provided.

Hair Extension Service Agreement

By booking an appointment with Hairline Divine for our hair extension services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required to secure your booking for the hair extension installation appointment. This deposit is necessary to reserve your slot and covers administrative costs. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the installation appointment.

Payment Responsibility

Hairline Divine is not associated with Afterpay or any similar payment service providers. Therefore, any issues or disputes related to payments made through such platforms are not the responsibility of Hairline Divine. We cannot provide assistance or resolution for transactions made through third-party payment services.

Attendance Policy

Clients are expected to arrive alone for their appointment or provide notice of a guest at least 48 hours in advance. As our services are provided in an in-home suite, accommodations need to be made accordingly. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the inability to accommodate additional guests.


Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed, after which a late fee of $75 will be applied. If you anticipate being late, please notify Hairline Divine as soon as possible to make arrangements.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Any requests for rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit or additional fees. Hairline Divine understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate reasonable requests for changes to appointments.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available in extreme cases and are subject to the discretion of Hairline Divine. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service provided.

Hair Model Program

By participating in the hair model program, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the Hair Extension Service Agreement provided by Hairline Divine.

Savings and Costs

You understand that as a hair model, you are saving money by not paying for labor or additional fees associated with the service. However, you acknowledge that you are still responsible for covering the cost of your hair extensions and are required to pay a non-refundable deposit prior to the installation.

Installation Process

The installation process will be conducted by a trainee under the supervision of an expert. While every effort will be made to ensure quality and safety, you understand that the trainee's participation is part of a training program and may affect the duration or outcome of the service.

Installation Date

Enrolling in the model program does not guarantee an installation date. Installation dates are subject to availability and scheduling considerations. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences but cannot guarantee immediate availability.

Maintenance Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the hair extensions following the installation. This includes following proper care instructions provided by Hairline Divine to ensure the longevity and quality of the extensions.

Photography and Recording

You consent to being photographed or recorded during the service for training and marketing purposes. These photographs or recordings may be used by Hairline Divine and/or subsidiaries of Hairline Divine for promotional materials, social media content, or training purposes.

Email Communication

By engaging in this service, you consent to being added to our Hair Model email list. You will receive notifications about upcoming model opportunities, updates, and exclusive offers. You retain the right to opt out at any time using the provided link in each email.
